Ingredients
|
- 1 Cup Chickpeas -- cooked
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 1/2 Cups Bulgur
- 1/2 Cup Green Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint -- chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parsley -- finely chopped
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

add enough cold water to cover bulgur. set aside for 10 minutes. drain, squeezing between your hands. drain chickpeas. combine all ingredients in salad bowl and toss well.
