Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Chickpeas -- cooked
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 1/2 Cups Bulgur
  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint -- chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley -- finely chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions add enough cold water to cover bulgur. set aside for 10 minutes. drain, squeezing between your hands. drain chickpeas. combine all ingredients in salad bowl and toss well.
