Ingredients
|
- 6 Bunches Parsley -- finely chopped
- 2/3 Cup Bulgur
- 1 Quart Water
- 8 Medium Scallions -- chopped
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Mlin -- chopped or
- 1/4 Cup Dry Mint
- 4 Large Tomatoes -- finely chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Directions
|
Soak bulgur in water for 2 mlinutes. Drain well. Add parsley to bulgur mix, add remaining ingredients. If not serving right away, do not add tomatoes & onions until just before serving.
