Lebanese - Yakhnit Loobyeh (Green Bean Stew)

Ingredients

- 1 Pound French-Style Green Beans
- 1 Pound Beef -- Cubed
- 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Can Tomato Paste -- Mixed With
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander

Directions
|
Saute beef and onions in oil until browned. Add beans, salt, pepper, cumin, and tomato paste mixture. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Add garlic and coriander and simmer for 5 minutes. This is dry soup. Serve over rice.
