Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger -- finely chopped
- 2 Large Jalapeno -- finely chopped
- 1 Pound Prawns -- shelled
- 1 Tablespoon Black Miso
- 1 Medium Tomato -- chopped
- 3 Medium Scallion -- finely chopped
- 1 Cup Bamboo Shoots
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- Cilantro -- for garnish
- Rice

Directions
|
stir-fry in oil, garlic, ginger, and jalapeno. stir-fry 1 minute. add the parwns and stir-fry 2 minutes. add mso, tomato, scallion, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, and sesame oil. stir-fry 3 minutes. add cornstarch to water and add to wok. simmer for 1 minute to thicken. garnish with cilantro and serve over rice.
