Malaysian - Rice Noodles With Chicken And Shrimp (Kuah Teow)

Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Rice Noodles -- cooked
- 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Black Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 Pounds Chicken -- cooked and cubed
- 1 Pound Medium Shrimp
- 2 Large Shallots -- crisp fried
- 3 Medium Scallion -- finely chopped
- 2 Large Jalapeno -- finely chopped

Directions
|
Stir fry the noodles with both sauces, hot chicken broth and oil until combined. Add chicken, prawns, shallots, scallions and chiles to taste. Toss until well combined. Serve.
