Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 2 Medium Onions -- finely chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Stalk Celery -- finely chopped
- 2 Medium Eggs -- beaten
- 1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Allspice
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Corn Oil
- 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Pound Tomatoes -- finely chopped
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Cups Water

Directions
|
Mix together beef, onions, garlic and celery. Add eggs, bread crumbs, pepper, allspice and salt. Shape into 1 inch meatballs and set aside. Heat oil in skillet and fry onion for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, allspice, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Add meatballs to the sauc eand cook for 15 minutes.
