Mexican - Beef With Green Chili

Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Beef -- cubed
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Medium White Onions -- chopped
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Flour
- 12 Anaheim Chili Peppers -- chopped
- 2 Small Tomatoes -- chopped

Directions
|
Simmer beef, salt, garlic and 1/2 cup water in pan for 1 hour until tender. Saute onion and the meat. Sprinkle flour into pan, and let brown slightly. Add chiles, tomatoes and water. A simmer for 20 minutes.
