Mexican - Black Bean And Turkey Tortas

Ingredients
|
- 4 Crusty Rolls
- Olive Oil -- for brushing
- 1 1/2 Cups Refried Black Beans -- heated
- Chipotle Salsa -- to taste
- 12 Ounces Turkey -- shredded
- 1 Medium Avocado -- sliced
- 2 Medium Green Onion -- thinly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro -- finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Handful Lettuce -- shredded

Directions
|
Split rolls and hollow out a bit of the inside. Brush rolls with oil and heat on hot griddle until lightly browned. Spread beans on bottom of roll. Add salsa, turkey, avocado, green onions and cilantro. Spread on sour cream. Fill with lettuce, close sandwich and serve.
