- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 1 1/2 Cups Black Beans -- cooked
- Or Refried Black Beans -- heated
- 4 Ounces Feta Cheese -- crumbled
- Salsa -- to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro -- finely chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Sour Cream

Spread tortillas with warm beans and remaining ingredients. Serve.
