Ingredients

- 1 Teaspoon Anise Seed
- 2 Pounds Ground Pork
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Brandy
- Salt -- to taste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 2 Medium Bay Leaf -- ground
- 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
- Sausage Casings -- optional

Directions
|
Toast anise seed in heavy skillet for 10 minutes. Place meat and all ingredients but casings, in a large bowl. Mix well. Place into sausage casings if desired.
