Mexican - Camarones Al Ajillo

Ingredients
|
- 5 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Knorr Chicken Stock Base
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 Medium Guajillo Chiles -- dried
- 4 Large Poblano Peppers -- finely chopped
- 2 Pounds Large Shrimp
- Salt -- to taste
- 1 Lime Lime Juice

Directions
|
In small bowl, combine garlic, chicken base and oil. Allow to marinate over night. Chop dried chiles and marinate in the oil mixture for 3 hours. Drain oil from mixture and combine garlic and chiles with remaining ingredients except lime juice. Heat a skillet to high and briefly saute ingredients until shrimp is done. Sprinkle with lime juice and serve.
