Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Tomatillos -- quartered
  • 4 Whole Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Large Onion -- chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 Ounces Green Chilies -- diced
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro -- chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • Sugar -- as needed
  • 1 Chipotle Pepper -- diced
Directions Add everything except cilantro, lime juice & sugar. Boil, reduce heat, simmer 40 mintues until chicken is tender. Add cilantro 15 mintues before done. Add lime juice. add sugar if sauce is too tart. Serve over rice or in burriios.
