Description  
Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1 Can Green Chiles -- chopped
  • 1 Large Tomato -- chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Taco Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 6 Ounces Monterey Jack Cheese -- grated
  • 6 Ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese -- grated
Directions Saute onion & garlic in oil, add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted. Optional: Place in fondue pot to keep warm during serving.
