Mexican   -   Chipotle Vinaigrette   adapted from Food From My Heart by Zarela Martinez

  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 3 Large Chipotle Peppers In Adobo
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 1/2 Cups Olive Oil
Directions Mix all ingredients well and serve over the salad of your choice.
