Mexican   -   Frontier Beans   adapted from unknown

  • 1/2 Pound Chorizo
  • 1 Can Pinto Beans
  • 1 Poblano Peppers -- chopped
  • 1 Large Tomato -- chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Medium Onion -- chopped
Directions Heat oven to 350*. Saute onions & chorizo in skillet, until meat is done then drain. Mix with remaining ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Bake uncoverd 30 minutes.
