Mexican   -   Green Chile Dip   adapted from The Electric Vegetarian

  • 4 Large Jalapeno
  • 1/2 Cup Black Olives -- pitted Drained
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Directions process chiles & olives until finely chopped. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add mixture to bowl and stir. Chill 30 minutes prior to use.
