Mexican   -   Jalapeno Mayonaise   adapted from Laura

  • 1 Large Jalapeno -- seeded
  • 1 Medium Egg Yolk
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
Directions Combine everything but oil in food processor. While processor is running, add oil very slowly. When it turns into mayonaise, it's done.
