Mexican   -   Lobster And Avocado Soft Tacos   adapted from Flavors of Mexico by Marlena Spieler

  • 12 Ounces Cooked Lobster Meat
  • Oil For Heating Lobster
  • 1 Teaspoon Mild Chili Powder
  • 8 Large Corn Tortillas
  • 2 Medium Green Onion -- finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro -- finely chopped
  • 1 Medium Avocado -- diced
  • 1 Lime Lime Juice
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • Salsa -- to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
Directions Saute lobster in oil with chili powder. Remove from heat and set aside. Heat tortillas in oven. Fill warm tortillas with remaining ingredients including the lobster. Serve.
