Mexican   -   Mango Mousse   adapted from Food From My Heart by Zarela Martinez

  • 1 Can Condensed Milk, Sweetened
  • 2 Pounds Fresh Mango -- sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Dark Rum -- optional
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream -- chilled
Directions Place all ingredients in food processor except cream. Blend to a paste. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into the mango puree. Pour into individual bowls and chill for 1 hour before serving.
