Mexican   -   Mexican Beef & Black Beans   adapted from unknown

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Sauce
  • 3 Green Onions -- chopped
  • 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper -- chopped
  • 2 Cans Black Beans -- rinsed and drained
Directions Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until hot, about 10 minutes.
