Mexican - Mexican Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients

- 7 Ounces Macaroni -- cooked
- 3 Medium Green Chiles -- chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 Cup Tortilla Chips -- crushed

Directions
|
preheat oven to 350 degrees. cook macaroni as directed. mix macaroni , chiles, 3/4 cup cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and oregano in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Mix tortilla chips and remaining cheese and sprinkle over mixture. bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
