Ingredients

- 2 Jalapeno -- chopped
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 Large Onion -- chopped
- 2 Cups Salsa

Directions
|
mix ingredients except salsa into meatballs. put in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 400. allow to cool slightly. pour salsa over the meatballs.
