Mexican   -   Mexican Meatballs   adapted from Betty Crockers New International Cookbook

Ingredients
  • 2 Jalapeno -- chopped
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Large Onion -- chopped
  • 2 Cups Salsa
Directions mix ingredients except salsa into meatballs. put in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 400. allow to cool slightly. pour salsa over the meatballs.
Serves 4
