Mexican   -   Mexican Orzo   adapted from Catalot

  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 1/2 Cup Orzo -- uncooked
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Cilantro
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Sauce
  • 1 Can Pinto Beans -- rinsed and drained
Directions Add all ingredients to pot. Boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
