Mexican - Mushrooms In A Chili Sauce

Ingredients
|
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 8 Ounces Mushrooms -- sliced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Anaheim Chili Pepper -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions
|
Saute mushrooms & salt for 10 minutes. Seed chiles, then soak in hot water for 15 minutes until the soften. In blender add chiles, garlic & additional spices. Blend until smooth. Using othe oil, saute this mixture 5 minutes until it starts to reduce. Put mushrooms on plate, top with sauce.
