- 2 Large Tomatoes -- chopped
- 1 Small Onion -- chopped
- 1 Large Jalapeno -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro -- chopped
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic -- chopped
- 1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
