Ingredients
|
- 1 Cup Potatoes -- mashed
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
1. Combine all ingredients (including oil). 2. Shape them into 16 small cakes. 3. Saute for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
