Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Pounds Boneless Pork -- cubed
- 1 Can Corn
- 3 Cans Green Chiles
- 2 Stalks Celery -- chopped
- 2 Medium Pototoes -- dices
- 2 Medium Tomatoes -- chopped
- 4 Cups Broth
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

cook pork cubes until lightly browned. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer 1 hour.
