Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Pounds Boneless Pork -- cubed
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 3 Cans Green Chiles
  • 2 Stalks Celery -- chopped
  • 2 Medium Pototoes -- dices
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes -- chopped
  • 4 Cups Broth
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions cook pork cubes until lightly browned. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer 1 hour.
Serves 8
