Mexican   -   Salsa De Colorado   adapted from Food From My Heart by Zarela Martinez

  • 2 Large Ancho Chiles
  • 10 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons Oregano
  • 2/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Mustard
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions Cover chiles in boiling water and soak for 10 minutes. Add chiles and liquid along with all other ingredients and process in food procesor to a liquid adding more water if necessary.
