Mexican   -   Southwest Fajitas   adapted from Laura Law

Description  
Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Flank Steak -- trimmed and sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cilantro
  • 1 Small Bell Pepper -- stripped
  • 1 Small Onion -- sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 Package Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 Cup Salsa
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream -- (fat free)
  • 3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese -- grated
  • Lettuce -- torn
  • 1 Tomato -- diced
Directions Marinate meat 4-24 hours.
Broil or stir fry meat, onions and peppers.
Serve on tortiallas wtih desired condiments.
