Mexican   -   Spicy Pork Filling   adapted from unknown

  • 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Pounds Pork -- cut in strips
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Red Chilies
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes -- drained
  • 1 Can Green Chiles
Directions Saute pork in oil, 8 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. REduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes.
