Mexican   -   Sweet And Spicy Fajitas   adapted from Betty Crockers New International Cookbook

Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Beef -- cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Salsa
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar -- packed
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Package Flour Tortilla -- warm
  • Sour Cream -- garnish
  • Lettuce -- shredded
  • Tomatoes -- chopped
Directions Heat oil over high heat. Brown meat, drain fat, stir in salsa, ketchup, sugar and mustard. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stirring constantly. fold into tortillas and top with remaining ingredients and pig out.
Serves 4
