Mexican   -   Swordfish With Poblano Sauce   adapted from Food From My Heart by Zarela Martinez

  • 4 Large Swordfish Steaks
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • Salsa De Chile Poblano
Directions Season swordfish with salt and pepper and set aside. Heat oil and butter in a skillet, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add swordfish and cook for 2 minute on each side. Serve topped with Salsa de Chile Poblano.
