Mexican   -   Tequila Chicken With Fettucine   adapted from unknown

  • 1/4 Cup Tequila
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Chicken -- cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper -- chopped
  • 16 Ounces Mushrooms -- sliced
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Package Fettucine
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese -- grated
Directions Marinate chicken in tequila & lime juice for 30 minutes. Place both into skillet, Stir in pepper, mushrooms, garlic. Cook 10-12 minutes. Cook noodles as directed. Spoon chicken over fettucine, sprinkle with cheese.
