Mexican   -   Tortilla Twirls   adapted from Storm Wilder

  • 10 Flour Tortillas
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese -- room Temp.
  • 1 Can Green Chiles -- diced
  • 1 Can Pimentos -- diced
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Pickled Jalapenos -- to taste
Directions Thoroughly blend all ingredients except tortillas. Spread mixture on flattened toritalla then roll up tightly. Wrap each rolled tortilla in handiwrap and refrigerate until firm. Slice each tortilla into dials. When the pieces fall away they have an interesting spiral look to them. They should hold together for easy eating.
