Mexican   -   Yucatan Chicken   adapted from Hot and Spicy by Marlena Spieler

Ingredients
  • 2 Oranges Orange Juice
  • 2 Limes Lime Juice
  • 2 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Medium Serrano Pepper -- finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 8 Halves Chicken Breasts
Directions Combine all ingredients, marinate 8 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken form marinade and barbecue until done. Baste occasionally with marinade. Serve.
