Ingredients
|
- 4 Pounds Chicken
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Onion -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 1/2 Cups Chickpeas -- soaked
- 1 Lem Lemon Juice
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Cayenne
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
Saute onion, sprinkle with turmeric, mix, then add chicken and saute. When done it should be a dark yellow color. Then add 2 1/2 cups water, and all other ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer, covered for 1 hour.
