Ingredients
|
- 2 Teaspoons Cayenne
- 1 Pound Ground Lamb
- 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- Black Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
combine all ingredients and let sit for 1 hour to blend flavors. shape into 1 inch meatball. thread onto skewers. Either flatten slightly to make sausage shapes or leave as balls. grill over charcoal or broiler until desired doneness.
