Morrocan   -   Mint Tea   adapted from North African Cooking by Hilaire Walden

  • 2 Bags Green Tea
  • Boiling Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar -- Optional
  • Fresh Spearmint Leaves
Directions put bags in cup, pour on boiling water; add sugar and mint leaves; allow to steep for 3 mintues, serve.
