Ingredients

- 2 Medium Cucumber -- Peeled And Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Zaatar
- 8 Ounces Black Olives -- Optional

Directions
|
Squeeze the cucumber dry, then combine with sugar, vinegar, oil and salt. Sprinkle with zaatar and olives. Serve.
