  • 5 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon White Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Mace
  • 1 Tablespoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Tablespoon Whole Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions In spice mill, grind all ingredients until powdered. Store in tightly closed jar.
