- 5 Medium Bay Leaf
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon White Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Mace
- 1 Tablespoon Nutmeg
- 1 Tablespoon Whole Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

In spice mill, grind all ingredients until powdered. Store in tightly closed jar.
