Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Small Onion -- Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Small Onion -- Grated
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Saffron
  • Cayenne -- To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro -- Chopped
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
Directions Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion, parsley, cumin, and paprika. Form into 1 inch meatballs. Combine remaining ingredients in a pot, except lemon juice. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes. Add lemon juice and serve with rice.
