Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger -- finely chopped
  • 4 Sprigs Parsley -- finely chopped
  • 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
  • *** Sauce -- ***
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion -- finely chopped
  • 1 Large Canned Tomatoes -- diced
  • 4 Sprigs Parsley -- finely chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1/4 Cup Water
Directions Mix all meatball ingredients together. From into small meatballs. Set aside. Heat oil in large skillet, add onion and saute for 5 minutes. Add tomato and remaining sauce ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice or couscous.
