Ingredients

- 3 Pounds Chicken Breasts -- cut up
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Rum
- 3 Lemons Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Flour
- Salt And Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Oil

Directions

Marinate in rum or brandy and spices for 1/2 hour. Dredge in flour and then fry in hot oil until done.
