Polish   -   Mushrooms With Sour Cream   adapted from Betty Crockers New International Cookbook

  • 8 Oz Mushrooms -- sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine
  • 1 Teaspoon Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Dash Pepper
  • Pinch Dill Weed
Directions Saute mushrooms in margarine for 3 minutes. Stir in flour, cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat just until hot. Sprinkle with dill weed.
Serves 4
