Ingredients
|
- 1 Small Onion -- chopped fine
- 1 Ounce Dried Mushrooms -- soaked
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Cans Sauerkraut -- drained & chopped
|

Directions
|
chop mushrooms fine after thay have soaked for about 45 minutes & have been draied. (I also leave the mushrooms out of this, and it workds ok if you can't find the dired mushrooms). payfry the onion and mushroom in the butter until onion is clear. add sauerkraut, cook for 15 minuted, then cool. please make sure this is drained *well* or you'll have a real mess on your hands when trying to fill the dough.
