Portugese - Broad Beans With Bacon And Sausage

Ingredients

- 1 Link Chorizo -- chopped
- 1/4 Pound Bacon -- chopped
- 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive -- if needed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Pound Lima Beans
- 1/4 Cup Parsley -- finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
Fry bacon and chorizo for 5 minutes. Add onion and fry for 10 minutes. Add oil if needed, then add remaining ingredients. Boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.
