Ingredients
  • 1 Link Chorizo -- chopped
  • 1/4 Pound Bacon -- chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion -- finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive -- if needed
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Pound Lima Beans
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley -- finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro -- finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions Fry bacon and chorizo for 5 minutes. Add onion and fry for 10 minutes. Add oil if needed, then add remaining ingredients. Boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.
