Portugese - Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Uncooked Shrimp
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Piri Piri Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Brandy
- 1/4 Cup Parsley -- finely chopped
- 4 Large Skewers

Directions
|
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate overnight. Divide shrimp into 4 portions and thread on a skewer. Grill shrimp for 2 minutes per side or unti just done. Serve over rice.
