Ingredients
|
- 2 Cups Italian Style Sausage
- 2 Medium Onions -- chopped
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Cup Rice
- 2 Medium Tomatoes -- chopped
- 1 Cup Peas
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions
|
1. Saute onion & sausage in butter until brown, drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients, boil. 3. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, 20 mintues. Variations: 2 cups shelfish may be added. Persia: Substitute lamb, chicken & nuts for sausage. India: Add corn Attributes: Weather magick
