Ingredients

- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Large Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Large Bay Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Dry White Wine
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 4 Large Hake Or Cod -- Fillets

Directions
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; saute onion, garlic and bell pepper in oil for 6 minutes; add bay leaves; add remaining ingredients except for fish, simmer for 30 minutes; put fish in casserole dish in a single layer; pour sauce over; bake for 30 minutes; serve with big chunk of chewy bread.
