- 2 Medium Yellow Onion -- Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Large Butternut Squash -- Cubed
- 5 Cups Chicken Broth
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
saute onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes; add squash, saute 5 minutes; add broth, bring to a simmer for 20 minutes; season with salt and pepper and serve.
